Building on some of our favourite sour beers from the past, this bright and juicy sour features Oranges, Tangerine, Lactose, and Vanilla Beans to recreate a nostalgic and fluffy creamsicle experience. Because of their Orange and Creamsicle-like profiles, we chose to use both Amarillo and Lotus hops in a golden base of wheat, oats, and flaked barley where a big pillowy body was the goal.

This New England-style IPA w/ Citra & Apollo brings the ruckus! Experience an uppercut of juicy orange peel, candied pineapple, and ripe melon on the nose with a soft body and mellow flavours of citrus and stone-fruit. Bus Fight is a New England-Style IPA brewed with Golden Promise malt, fistfuls of Citra & Apollo hops, and a fruit-forward, biotransforming, ester-laden yeast strain that keeps this hazy from suffering from the faux pas of being too bitter or too dry. It’s precisely in that goldilocks zone.

Friday Cask:Sitka Spruce Tip Blonde Ale

Locally-foraged spruce tips infused into our flagship all-Citra blonde ale, Swedish Gymnast. Forget any notions of piney, sap-like flavours. We only use Sitka spruce tips picked in their prime. Bright, citrusy, and juicy! These little wonders are packed with vitamin C and impart an earthy subtlety of blackberries and lemon. A welcome accompaniment to our clean hop-forward blonde wheat ale.

A balanced addition of blackcurrant to compliment the dark fruit and pumpernickel malt, and is brought to life by late addition German Ariana hops and a dry hop of Barbe Rouge to make that berry pop like the very Pinkest Pink.
